Assist in the execution of high-impact projects such as market assessments, target operating models, PMI, due diligence, capability benchmarking, distribution, and underwriting strategy. Ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables for Specialty P&C clients.
5. Proposition Development:
Play a central role in defining and refining ICT’s new proposition for the specialty market. Leverage your entrepreneurial mindset to integrate insights from our technical and strategic capabilities, helping to shape a tailored offering that meets evolving client needs.
6. Contribution to ICT’s core proposition:
Engage in building and enhancing technical expertise through hands-on involvement in key ICT initiatives when appropriate,. sales and project delivery. This includes activities in line with ICT’s core propositions,. reserving &reserve valuations, capital modelling, stochastic modelling, exposure management, insurance and reinsurance pricing, portfolio management, claims handling, digital trading support, etc.
