Offer description

Shaw Trust is a strategic partner in Mental Health Together (MHT), a new integrated service bringing organisations together to provide seamless, person‑centred support for people with mental health needs.

You’ll be one of the first points of contact, so strong communication, empathy, and a commitment to creating a positive experience are essential. Working within a multi‑agency team, you’ll value partnership and co‑production, involving individuals and carers as equal partners in their care.

This role suits candidates with proven experience in community mental health or wellbeing settings, a strong understanding of local services, and the ability to support people in setting and achieving meaningful goals.


Ideal Candidates

* Have experience supporting people with complex mental health needs
* Be skilled in person‑centred planning and active listening
* Thrive in collaborative, multi‑agency environments
* Be passionate about improving mental health services and outcomes
