Job Description Residential Part Exchange Associate Solicitor Location : Birmingham Salary : £48,000 to £62,000 (depending on experience) Experience : 5 years’ residential conveyancing experience (running your own caseload) Our client is looking to appoint an experienced residential conveyancer into its Residential Development team, based in Birmingham. This is a busy, hands-on role within a specialist part exchange team, handling high-volume transactions with quick turnaround times. You will need to be confident running matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision, across both freehold and leasehold conveyancing. You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including part exchange matters involving unregistered property. No prior part exchange or plot sales experience is required, but you must be comfortable working at pace and keeping files moving.
