About the role
Join our hardworking team at Dementia Care & Support Services as a Relief Social Care Worker, where you will ensure high-quality, person-centred care is being delivered to service users
The aim of our home is to provide service users with a fulfilled life, enabling them to live as independently as possible with privacy, dignity and the opportunity to make their own choices and decisions within a care home setting. You will work across all five homes within Dementia Care & Support Service (Gansey, Bradda, Reayrt Skyal, Sweetbriar and Thie Meanagh).
Some of your day-to-day duties will include:
* Planning and facilitating activities, both in and out of the home.
* Supporting service users with personal care needs.
* Administering medication in accordance with Manx Care Policy and standards of best practice.

Please note, within this role you will be required to work shifts, including night shifts, on a rotational basis.
