We are currently looking for painter and decorators to start in NW London.
Job Details:
Pay Rate: £20.50 per hour (CIS)
Location: North West London and surrounding areas
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Painting and decorating
Plastering
Identify underlying issues and report where further work may be required
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to tenants
Maintain clear records of work completed using a PDA or job sheetsRequirements:
Proven experience in damp and mould work, preferably in social housing
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Own tools (specialist tools can be provided where necessary)
Valid CSCS card (preferred)
