About the role
As part of our hardworking Housekeeping Team, you'll play a key role in delivering a great guest experience – helping ensure everyone enjoys a clean, comfortable stay. From spotless bedrooms to pristine public areas, you’ll help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the hotel.
But this role is about more than just cleaning – it’s about creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re helping a guest with directions or supporting the team behind the scenes, you’ll take pride in going the extra mile and delivering great service with a smile.
This role is offered on a flexible contract with shifts available dependent on individual and business needs.
What we need from you
Ideally, you’ll have some experience in hospitality or housekeeping, but it’s your attitude that matters most. You’re proactive, energetic, and have a great eye for detail.
You care about doing a great job and take pride in high standards – whether that’s making sure every room is guest-ready or helping maintain a calm, organised workspace.
You’ll also be friendly and approachable, ready to give guests a warm welcome whenever you cross paths. After all, great customer service is at the heart of everything we do.
