The Role
As a Hospitality Tutor, you’ll play a key role in shaping learners into confident, skilled professionals who thrive in the fast-paced hospitality sector. You’ll:

Deliver engaging and practical training in food & beverage service, front-of-house operations, customer service, and hospitality management.

Support learners to build both technical and interpersonal skills that meet industry standards.

Monitor progress, provide feedback, and tailor coaching to individual learning styles.

Deliver learning flexibly across classroom, remote, and blended environments.
*
Collaborate with employers and placements to ensure training remains aligned with real-world needs.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll bring a wealth of experience from hospitality settings—whether hotels, restaurants, or catering—and a genuine passion for helping others grow. You’ll also have:

A recognised teaching or training qualification (PTLLS, Cert Ed, PGCE, or equivalent)
*
Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills
*
A learner-centred, adaptable approach
*
The ability to engage and motivate diverse groups
*
Assessment experience (desirable but not essential)
