We offer our Support Worker & Healthcare Assistants flexibility to choose when, where and how often they work, supporting work/life balance. We are looking for experienced Support Workers who are passionate about promoting independence and enabling people to live their best lives. Opportunities are available across Greater Manchester including Stockport, Rochdale, Oldham and Salford. You will work in residential, respite, community and supported living settings, supporting adults facing challenges related to Autism, learning and/or physical disabilities, mental health and behavioural difficulties. Shifts can be days, nights and sleep shifts to provide 24-hour support. Working with Servoca offers regular shifts with flexibility to choose your schedule.

About You
Supporting people to lead fulfilling lives requires kindness, patience and common sense. Applicants must also have:
* Minimum of 12 months experience within Adult or Children’s support settings
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationships
* Experience of individual support planning
* Valid UK Driving Licence is desired but not essential
