Key responsibilities: Review, prepare, and check technical submittals .
Validate tenders and support value engineering exercises .
Evaluate M&E subcontractors and manage supply chain compliance.
Review on-site technical submittals and oversee install, testing, and commissioning .
Produce reports and ensure commercial and technical risks are mitigated.
Youll need: Proven experience as a Building Services Manager on commercial projects.
Strong mechanical engineering / building services background .
Excellent knowledge of M&E systems, subcontractor management, and tender evaluation.
Ability to split time between office-based management and site presence.
