In this pivotal role, you won't just be managing the office; you'll be the heartbeat of the organisation! From welcoming guests with a smile to ensuring the coffee is always hot and the Wi-Fi is always strong, your contributions will keep their work space productive, vibrant, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
As an Office Coordinator, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a clean, safe, and positive environment.
Manage office supplies, including coffee, milk, snacks, and stationery.
Coordinate with service providers (cleaners, IT support, etc.) to keep everything running smoothly.
Monitor budgets for supplies, maintenance, and events.
Be the first point of contact for visitors, offering a warm and professional welcome.
Manage visitor bookings, including logistics like meeting rooms and refreshments.
Coordinate client lunches and hospitality to ensure exceptional experiences.
Prepare meeting spaces with attention to detail that reflects our brand.
Book travel and accommodations for team members and visitors.
Manage itineraries and ensure clear communication of travel details.
Support internal and external event planning, from team outings to customer conferences.
Assist with onboarding new team members and organising internal celebrations.
Be a trusted resource for staff support and office-related inquiries.
Maintain office records and liaise with suppliers for invoice processing.
