Retail Sales Assistant Keyholder - Maternity Cover (Temporary Contract)

Overview
As a Retail Sales Assistant at The Works, you’ll discover that this is not just a job. This is a mission to inspire people to read, learn, create and play. You’ll be the heartbeat of our retail store by greeting customers with a warm smile and helping them leave happy and excited to unlock their imaginations.
Responsibilities
* Open, close and run the store when needed in partnership with Store Management, including holidays, days off and sickness cover. Training will be provided.
* Deliver excellent customer service and product recommendations to inspire customers’ creativity and engagement with The Works products.
* Support merchandising, stock handling, deliveries, and floor presence to maintain an organised and inviting store environment.
* Act as a Keyholder where applicable, with additional keyholding pay enhancement.
Keyholder/Role Details
To qualify for keyholder duties, you’ll be over 18. If you’re under 18, you won’t be able to complete keyholding tasks until your 18th birthday. When eligible, you’ll receive training to perform keyholder duties and the associated pay enhancement.
