Customer Insights Manager
Location: Remote based role, ideally South West London as regular travel to Kingston office (around 2 days per week)
Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £45-55K, plus lots of other great benefits
Our Thumbprint team is looking for a Customer Insight Manager to join us. Thumbprint's products help brands identify opportunities to increase sales by focusing on what matters most, influencing strategy and unlocking growth potential in grocery multiple and independent convenience retail stores.
Our main products are Dart and Pinpoint.
The key objectives of this role include, but are not limited to:
* Creating actionable insights for client sales and supply teams, focusing on leveraging EPOS and execution analytics to identify sales growth opportunities.
* Engaging with and training sales and supply chain teams to maximize the value from analytics, fostering strong relationships across teams.
* Developing internal networks to support client and customer value propositions, championing analytics and insights.
* Establishing a strong external presence, earning respect and trust from clients and their customers.
* Playing an integral role within the internal Client Leadership team, including developing and executing the Annual Account Plan.
This role requires experience in Relationship Management, Client Management, Communication, Insight Generation and Delivery, and Education.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Experience in the FMCG sector, ideally with an FMCG brand, with knowledge of Grocery and Convenience sectors
* Experience in Insights or Category Development roles, with skills in data analysis, insight generation, and delivering recommendations
* Experience working with large datasets and familiarity with EPOS sales and supply chain data (e.g., Neilsen, Circana, SKUTrak)
