Creative agency based in central Manchester is looking to recruit a Senior Campaign Director to lead their Campaign team. Hybrid working.

Qualifications & experience
You must have previous experience within an industry-leading agency, as well as extensive experience in campaign/project management. You will need a proven track record of directly leading multiple, high profile, award winning campaigns. It is essential that you have football and sports sector experience, along with a passion for sports/football/e-sports/entertainment. Other key skills required include in-depth knowledge of integrated campaigns, with deep expertise in social-first strategies, earned media, influencer marketing, digital, experiential and content production. The ability to strategically manage multiple concurrent, highly complex, high stakes projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment is also required for this role, along with strategic problem solving and stakeholder management skills. Your role will entail overseeing multi-million pound campaign budgets and strategic resource planning, with clear focus on driving substantial growth in margin and repeat business. A proven leader with the ability to grow, guide, mentor & nurture talent and lead from the front.
