* JOB TITLE: Manufacturer Relationship Manager
* SALARY: £65,385 - £79,915 rising to £67,023 -£81,918 as of April 2026
* LOCATION(S): Watford
* HOURS : Full-time
* WORKING PATTERN : Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least three days per week, or 60% of our time, at our Watford office or at client/ supplier sites,
unless an exception is requested whereby we will adapt and support

Responsible for Tusker's OEM relationships with existing and new partners, driving the strategy and successful outcomes through design, planning and execution of our vehicle acquisition strategy, by ensuring Tusker can access the best commercial terms and supply to meet our requirement through negotiation of both commercial and legal contracts and the ongoing procurement of vehicles, with a focus on continual innovation and improvement.

What you'll need
* An ability to both prioritise and delegate with proven experience in a vehicle leasing or OEM environment relating to the procurement and management of vehicle orders and delivery of new cars is preferred
* Ability to operate between immediate business requirements whilst keeping sight of the long-term strategic prioritises in the business with strong Commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Able to operate and influence across different business areas and seniority.
* Highly motivated individual with experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong influencing and relationship building skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven track record to analyse data, identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
* Strong and visible work ethic, actively displaying drive, ambition, resilience and naturally works at pace with excellent customer service
* Be a role model for the Tusker values and an ambassador for our business and customers
And any experience of these would be really useful
* Conduct price negotiations, perform price benchmarking and identify cost saving opportunities to ensure the OEM network reflects the needs of the Tusker business and its customers and fully exploits commercial opportunities
* New OEM entrants to the UK market; understand their strategies and routes to market, ensuring Tusker is best placed to capitalise on these relationships to the benefit of Tusker and its customers.
* Remain current with new and evolving alternative fuel technology. Coordinate with Tusker interested parties such as the Exec team, Commercial Revenue and Finance, LBG wider Group colleagues, Transport division, Manufacturers, related internal departments, and partner organizations. Ensure all issues related to vehicle acquisition and placement are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
* Mitigate risks by ensuring due diligence and adherence to compliance policies and procedures.
* To communicate with all relevant departments within the company regarding manufacturer data, price or term changes and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner.
* Actively use KPI reporting for our OEM partners to support Tusker's Start of Contract deliverables and to provide exceptional propositions and service. Develop and implemented new KPI's where appropriate.
* Primary point of contact for enquiries and escalations focusing on a timely and effective resolution for all parties.
* Ad-hoc responsibilities as required from time to time.
