Salary: Up to £56,000.00 FTE per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Lead Clinical Psychologist to join their team of staff in the Psychology department.
This is a Part time role for 24 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
* Provide strategic leadership for psychological services within the Rehabilitation Centre and across relevant pathways.
* Act as the senior clinical psychology lead, ensuring safe, evidence-based, and patientcentred practice.
* Contribute to hospital and corporate service planning, representing psychological services at senior management forums.
* Lead on outcome measurement, performance indicators, and service development initiatives for psychology.
* Deliver expert psychological assessment and intervention for patients with neurological, psychological, and physical health conditions.
* Use advanced knowledge of neuropsychological, cognitive, behavioural, and systemic models to inform treatment.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) recognised by the HCPC.
* HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical).
* Significant post-qualification experience in neuropsychology, complex rehabilitation, or physical health settings.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in managing psychology services or teams.
* Expertise in neuropsychological assessment, cognitive rehabilitation, and therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, systemic).
* Strong knowledge of the psychological impact of neurological conditions, trauma, and disability.
* Evidence of service development, audit, and research experience.
* Proven ability to influence at senior levels and work effectively within a complex MDT.
