Build Programme Coordinator - Dunstable
Key Responsibilities
* Support the end-to-end delivery of site builds at company locations.
* Act as a vital link between departments (Sales, Marketing, Property, Operations, Finance) to maintain clear communication and alignment.
* Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.
* Assist in monitoring project progress, risks, budgets, and resource needs, and provide updates to senior management.
* Support the implementation of project management best practices across the team.
* Ensure operational readiness by coordinating with lounge managers and teams.
Profile
Build Programme Coordinator - Dunstable
Necessary Expereinces:
* Experience in construction project coordination or management, preferably in high-value build projects.
* Familiarity with CDM regulations and JCT contracts.
* Understanding of health and safety legislation and construction best practices.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Flexibility to travel regularly.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
