A leading international business is looking for a talented Employment Lawyer to join its in-house employment function. This is a permanent role based in London with a global remit, offering exposure to high-profile projects and a broad range of advisory work.
The Role
You will play a key part in advising the business on complex employment matters, providing pragmatic, solutions-focused guidance to senior stakeholders. The role will involve:
* Advising on international restructurings, outsourcing projects, and transactional support (including TUPE).
* Handling employee relations cases, such as grievance, disciplinary, performance, and investigations.
* Managing litigation, settlements, and working with external counsel.
* Drafting and updating policies, contracts, and frameworks.
* Delivering training and updates to HR and the wider business.
* Acting as a trusted adviser to HR, Legal, and business leaders across multiple jurisdictions.
About You
* Qualified employment lawyer with 6+ years’ PQE, including in-house experience.
* Comfortable advising senior stakeholders in complex, sensitive situations.
* Experience in regulated and/or partnership environments desirable.
* Exposure to international employment law issues advantageous.
* Organised, adaptable, and confident handling a varied workload.
