We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Manager, Migraine to join our CNS team in the Netherlands. The Marketing and Sales Manager, Migraine is responsible for the commercial success of our migraine division. You will work closely with the Product Manager Migraine (based in the office) and the CNS Customer Engagement team (in the field). You will do this by setting goals, identifying opportunities, and rolling out initiatives in consultation with various stakeholders in the migraine field. In this way, you will help optimize migraine care in the Netherlands and grow the market share of our migraine medication, in line with Teva's strategy and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
* You are responsible for the strategic marketing plan. In collaboration with the Field Product Manager, you will continue to develop the (market) growth strategy, build the business plan, and work on rolling it out to various stakeholders.
* You are responsible for the budget on both the revenue and expenditure sides and, to that end, draw up an annual Brand Plan in consultation with colleagues from the Migraine team.
* You are responsible for monitoring and adjusting the commercial performance of the Migraine team.
* Proactively analyze market changes and competitive developments.
* Help set up and roll out projects in consultation with various stakeholders to optimize migraine care in the Netherlands.
* Develop and maintain informational materials (print & digital) in accordance with the established communication strategy and compliance regulations.
* Organize and participate in national and international symposia and meetings.
* Effectively communicate the benefits of Teva products to target audiences, in line with sales and marketing plans, to achieve agreed-upon sales targets.
* Build an extensive network within the migraine field among various stakeholders, including neurologists, general practitioners, and the company physician.
* Work closely with the sales team to identify hot leads within the migraine field.
* Work closely with our Digital Brand Lead to develop communication campaigns and lead new projects for stakeholders.
* Delegate tasks, authority, and responsibilities to team members.
* Optimize workflows and communication between Marketing and Sales.
* Set individual goals based on national targets.
* Monitor employee performance and results, taking action on deviations.
* Coach, motivate, and encourage the sales team and/or field management.
* Conduct performance reviews, development discussions, and evaluation meetings.
* Make recommendations regarding salary and promotions.
* Align operational policy and market approach with other S&M divisions to achieve optimal sales results for products or product groups that span multiple market segments.
* Maintain and oversee effective relationship management from within the division with various customer groups and stakeholders, such as neurologists, general practitioners, pharmacists, nurses, insurers, opinion leaders, and government agencies.
* Develop sales plans at the national level, derived from the marketing strategy.
* Assume budget responsibility within the sales team.
* Organize and lead sales meetings.
Qualifications
* You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business management, economics, marketing, life sciences, or biology.
* You have experience in marketing/communications and/or sales and product management.
* You have strong administrative and organizational skills and can prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
* You are a strong communicator and are fluent in English and Dutch.
* You have a can‑do attitude.
* You are a true team player.
