We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our team, either on a full-time basis or in a flexible, casual role. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, the ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Room Attendant or Cleaner, with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Location: Summer Lodge Country House, Dorset
Employment Type: Full-time or Casual
Working Pattern:5 days on, 2 days off (for full-time roles) or flexible shifts available for casual roles.
Salary:£25,397 per annum/ £12.21 per hour

Key Responsibilities of aRoom Attendant:
* Ensure all beds are neatly made with fresh linens, maintaining the highest standards of comfort for our guests.
* Vacuum and clean all floors, ensuring they are spotless and free from debris.
* Wipe down and sanitize all surfaces, including furniture, windowsills, and other high-touch areas.
* Remove waste, replace bin liners, and clear any dishes or items left behind by guests, ensuring the room is pristine.
* Thoroughly clean bathrooms, including sinks, mirrors, showers, and toilets, and replenish toiletries and towels as needed.
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Cleaner
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
* Flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays
