Their Belfast team is growing and they're looking for an early-career software engineer who wants to be part of something that moves fast and means it. The Process They've put real thought into how they hire, and they want candidates to succeed. Here's what to expect: Online Assessment - a take-home exercise covering theory and coding questions. Around 1 hour, up to 2 hours maximum. Focus areas: algorithms, data structures, recursion and SQL. Virtual Onsite (Technical) - a 2-hour interview with the engineering team. An hour of pair programming, a 15-minute break, then 45 minutes of system design. You can use your own IDE or CoderByte. HR Screen - 30 minutes covering your motivations, what you're looking for, challenges you've navigated, and how you work with others. Executive - 30 minutes with the CEO or another senior leader.
