A unique opportunity to lead marketing for one of the UK’s most iconic youth culture festivals. This experience-led event blends music, sport, and wellbeing and welcomes tens of thousands of fans, annually.
As Head of Marketing, you’ll be the strategic and creative lead—shaping brand direction, driving multi-channel campaigns, and leading a passionate in-house team. You'll own the marketing roadmap, budgets, and performance—ensuring every touchpoint delivers.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading all marketing strategy, campaigns, and comms
* Managing budgets, performance, and reporting
* Overseeing content, digital, CRM, social, and PR
* Collaborating with internal teams and brand partners
* Bringing bold, culturally relevant ideas to life
What you’ll bring:
* 7+ years in senior marketing (events, youth, or lifestyle)
* Strategic and hands-on delivery expertise
* Team leadership and agency management
* Fluency in Gen Z & millennial audience culture
