As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team based in Aylesbury, with a flexible hybrid working model between site and home.

The Role
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strong financial controls. Working as part of a busy finance team, you will help manage invoice processing and supplier relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities
14. Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
15. Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies
16. Preparing and processing supplier payment runs
17. Reconciling supplier statements and investigating queries
18. Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to resolve invoice and payment queries
19. Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end processes
20. Supporting continuous improvement within accounts payable processes
About You
21. Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Assistant role
22. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
23. Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
24. Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
25. Comfortable working with finance systems and Microsoft Excel
26. Experience using NetSuite would be beneficial, but is not essential
27. A proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
