We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
* Work together to make everyone's day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
* Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
* Support your local community – get involved in activities and events!
