Job Description
Catch22 is looking for a compassionate and motivated Victim Case Worker to join the Norfolk & Suffolk Victim Care Service (NSVCS). In this essential role, you will provide tailored, trauma-informed support to victims and witnesses of crime, helping them to cope, recover, and regain confidence after facing a crime.
As a Victim Case Worker, you’ll build strong relationships and deliver both practical and emotional support that meets individual risks and needs. Your role will include assessing needs, developing tailored support plans, sharing timely updates on criminal proceedings, and ensuring safeguarding concerns are addressed appropriately.
This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a collaborative, values-driven team that puts victims and their voices at the heart of service design and delivery.
