This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial management, assisting with budgeting, and maintaining compliance with school policies and regulations.Key Responsibilities
* Process invoices, payments, and payroll transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with school policies and auditing requirements.
* Assist in budget preparation, monitoring expenditure, and reporting financial data.
* Support financial administrative tasks, including reconciling accounts and handling queries.
* Liaise with suppliers, staff, and external agencies regarding financial matters.
* Always ensure the confidentiality and security of financial data.
Skills and Experience Required
* Previous experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support in an educational setting.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
* Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
