We’re excited to announce an opportunity to join our Risk & Compliance Team as a Complaints & Redress Case Manager. This is an amazing chance to gain experience in a new role and/or department within Succession Wealth, enabling you to return to your existing role upon the completion of your secondment.
The role…
As a Complaints & Redress Case Manager, you’ll work across both the Complaints and Client Redress teams, reporting to the Senior Complaint Manager and the Senior Client Redress Manager as appropriate. You’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for investigating complaints and internal errors, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes for our clients.
You will be responsible for carrying out redress calculations with accuracy and efficiency. In addition, you’ll support the continuous improvement of internal processes and policies by identifying root causes, sharing remedial actions, and communicating lessons learned.
On a day to day basis you can expect to be:
* Investigating and assessing redress requests.
* Review and respond to complaints within set timescales.
* Obtaining approval for compensation or redress payments and ensure all parties are kept informed.
* Providing accurate and timely reports on the outcome of internal error investigations.
* Reducing the risk of regulatory financial sanctions and fines through improving client outcomes.
To be successful in the role you will need:
* Knowledge of the UK regulatory system in general, particularly those aspects relevant to advisory businesses.
* Complaints administration/handling experience.
* To be highly numerate.
* To be able to communicate effectively at all levels both in writing and verbally.
* To have the ability to self-manage and work under own initiative whilst being an active member of the team.
