Senior Brand Manager – Mller UK & Ireland
Location: Market Drayton (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Are you a passionate and experienced Brand Manager ready to take the next step in your career? Mller is seeking a dynamic Senior Brand Manager to join our branded business within the Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape the Mller brand strategy, acting as the brand guardian and driving impactful campaigns across multiple channels.
Main Responsibilities
* Brand Guardianship: Develop and execute the Mller Masterbrand strategy.
* Brand Guardianship: Champion integrated marketing communications (IMC) across sub brand campaigns.
* Brand Guardianship: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies.
* Brand Guardianship: Drive digital and social strategy in collaboration with the broader team.
* Brand Guardianship: Lead design and artwork implementation processes.
* Brand Guardianship: Manage the Masterbrand budget.
* Brand Guardianship: Support brand health and advertising effectiveness measurement.
* Brand Communications & Activation: Coordinate with Shopper Marketing for through-the-line execution.
* Brand Communications & Activation: Support development and activation of Masterbrand campaigns.
* Brand Communications & Activation: Lead media planning for ROI and support UK media planning.
* Brand Communications & Activation: Manage relationships with agency partners.
* Brand Communications & Activation: Supply key brand materials to Sales, agencies, and internal functions.
* Product Strategy: Oversee the Mller Product Roadmap Strategy with cross-functional teams.
* Product Strategy: Support sustainable packaging initiatives aligned with brand experience.
* Product Strategy: Contribute to creative solutions for brand challenges and opportunities.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in campaign development and agency management.
* FMCG marketing experience is advantageous.
* Positive, proactive, and tenacious with a can-do attitude.
* Curious and open to challenge the status quo.
* Strong team player with the ability to drive and embrace change.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results on time.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
