About The Role:
The Crowd are exclusively partnered with a highly desirable, trailblazing design studio in the heart of London that is looking for a Senior Interior Architect/Designer with a strong delivery and coordination focus to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team.
Our client has a strong pipeline of projects across the luxury hospitality and ultra-prime residential sectors, with this particular role initially focused on delivering a large, confidential ultra-prime residential project in the UK. This is a highly technical role, suited to someone from either a luxury hospitality or high-end residential background who thrives on managing complex drawing packages and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders of all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review and coordinate Stage 3+ drawing packages with a particular focus on joinery, panelling, and technical detailing
* Provide clear design feedback to ensure alignment with ultra-prime project standards
* Ensure all drawings are compliant, fully coordinated, and ready for delivery
* Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and the wider consultant team
* Support ongoing site coordination and proactively resolve issues as they arise
Key Skills/Requirements:
* Degree in Architecture/Interior Architecture or Interior Design
* Proven background in high-end residential or luxury hospitality projects
* Strong technical delivery experience across all RIBA stages, especially Stage 3+
* Proficient in Revit (or willing to upskill); Rhino experience is a bonus
* Confident navigating complex coordination processes and managing external consultants
* Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly detail-oriented
* On-site experience is highly advantageous
* Naturally collaborative, a confident communicator, and proactive in sharing ideas
* Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively at all levels
