Senior Marketing Lead – Kepak Group, UK Meat Division

This role will require travel to our Merthyr site in Wales. The Marketing Lead will play a key role in driving sustainable profitable growth through delivering the Marketing agenda and coordinating the work of the wider Insight, Innovation and Marketing Team and supporting the development of Divisional Strategy.
Responsibilities
* Play a key role in delivering the Division\'s growth strategy through leading the development and execution of the marketing strategy for the division and its brands
* Develop and implement strategic partner customer growth plans that integrate agriculture, sourcing, sustainability, category, and innovation/NPD strategies to drive winning performance for customers
* Make a big contribution to a high performing cross functional IIM team that consistently delivers Best Practice impact from its investment and activity personally and through the coordination of team work
* Where relevant, own the selection, briefing and performance of Kepak\'s Agency Partners leading to the consistent delivery of marketing work that is category leading in its impact, leveraging Group scale where relevant
* Grow: support the direction and commercialisation of the innovation process to deliver against customer, consumer, commercial and strategic objectives
* Build and enhance the brand reputation in agriculture to support sourcing and market share goals
* Work cross functionally with the Commercial Team to position Kepak as a leading supplier and thought leader to the customers and channels it serves, building customer influence and presence
* Take ownership for the effectiveness of Kepak\'s Investment in IIM for the Division, building continuous improvement in the goal to exceed Kepak\'s targets
Requirements
* 3-5 years experience in a customer facing marketing role, within the Meat or Agri Food Industry
* Strong commercial acumen
* Proven capability and track record in driving growth through excellence in marketing
* Proven capability and track record in delivering successful customer growth programmes
* Proven capability and track record in developing high performing cross functional teams
* Proven capability and track record in leading and participating in cross-functional teams and driving alignment across the business
