About the Role
We require a dedicated professional responsible for operating the company's product compliance and quality assurance system. Our RF equipment cannot be supplied to customers without verified conformity to applicable standards and documented acceptance records. This role therefore holds responsibility for verifying compliance status and approving release documentation prior to delivery.
The position works independently of engineering design activities and ensures conformity evidence is complete before manufacture and shipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain product technical construction files and conformity records
* Coordinate EMC and certification testing with accredited laboratories
* Evaluate test results and initiate corrective actions
* Implement and operate the ISO 9001 quality management system
* Conduct internal audits and manage non-conformance and CAPA records
* Control configuration and revision approval of drawings and BOMs
* Verify compliance status and authorise product release documentation
* Liaise with certification bodies, customers and suppliers on regulatory requirements
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or controlled documentation systems
* Strong ability to work independently and make objective compliance decisions
* Experience operating structured digital document environments
* Minimum 8 years practical experience using ICDL-level digital documentation and records management processes
* Understanding of audit procedures, traceability and standards-based workflows
Desirable
* Experience within electronics, technical manufacturing, or regulated products
* Exposure to certification or test laboratory coordination
