ISQ Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established and forward-thinking automotive repair business, currently seeking a skilled Bodyshop Technician specialising in MET and Panel work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and high-performing workshop environment focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
This role offers a varied workload across mechanical, electrical, trim, and body repair disciplines, providing an engaging and rewarding opportunity for a multi-skilled technician. You will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are repaired to manufacturer and industry standards, contributing to a high-quality end-to-end repair process.
We welcome applications from experienced MET Technicians, Panel Technicians, or Multi-Skilled Vehicle Technicians who are looking to further develop their careers within a supportive and progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) repairs across a range of vehicles
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs to manufacturer standards
* Perform strip and refit activities efficiently and accurately
* Undertake panel repairs including replacement, alignment, and refinishing
* Complete welding, filling, and metal finishing to a high standard
* Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards including BS10125
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience as a MET Technician, Panel Technician, or Multi-Skilled Technician
* Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems and repair techniques
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and quality of workmanship
* Relevant qualifications (IMI, NVQ, ATA) desirable
* Full UK Driving Licence
