Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of training, knowledge, skills, certifications and experience (higher education, counseling, business, or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience in employer relations, recruiting, career services, higher education, or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Ability to analyze data and use CRM or career management platforms.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in career development.
Additional Considerations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience working in a college or university career services office.
• Familiarity with employer recruiting practices and workforce trends.
• Experience collaborating with faculty, alumni, or external stakeholders.
