The Role:
This position oversees the Quality department for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) within this Aerospace business. You will manage product safety and MRO quality, providing leadership in product safety management and ensuring the MRO team meets company and client standards.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee the Product Safety Manager's duties related to safety, compliance, regulations, and standards set by the business and its customers.
* Maintain MRO quality through leadership and reviewing improvement areas for best practices.
* Ensure compliance with EASA/CAA regulations within a Part 145 environment.
* Lead product safety regulations using Safety Management Systems (SMS) and CEA standards for the international market.
* Identify growth opportunities, manage documentation and compliance, guide and review team resources, and meet site deadlines.
* Show enthusiasm for business growth and self-development.
Skills Required:
* Experience leading quality standards in an Aerospace maintenance environment, guiding teams on best practices.
* Knowledge of safety standards specific to EASA/CAA Part 145 regulations and modern aerospace safety standards.
* Understanding of safety management regulations and international standards.
* Willingness to learn and develop professionally, with a focus on self-improvement.
