I am a Minnesota-based ARMHS provider with an active DHS enrollment. I am seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented lead generator to research and build a verified contact list of 1,000 Adult Mental Health Case Managers in Minnesota who work with ARMHS-eligible adult clients.
This project is strictly research, lead generation, and data verification only. You will NOT be contacting anyone.
Accuracy and verification are critical. I am looking for a high-quality, reliable lead list that can be used for professional referral coordination.
You may use any professional and ethical research methods, including but not limited to:

County mental health websites
Mental health agency staff directories
DHS provider directories
Provider and agency websites
Professional directories
Public organizational directories
Any public and legal source necessary to verify contacts
Scope of Work
Build a verified contact list of 1,000 Adult Mental Health Case Managers who work with:
Adult Mental Health Case Management (AMCM)
ARMHS-eligible adult populations
Mental health agencies in Minnesota
County mental health departments
Contracted mental health case management providers
Mental health provider organizations serving adults
Do NOT include:
CADI-only case managers
DD-only case managers
BI-only case managers
Elderly Waiver case managers
Home care case managers
Any non-mental health case managers
Do NOT include case managers from the following organizations:
UCare
HealthPartners
Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)
These organizations must be excluded.
Required Data Fields (MANDATORY)
Each lead MUST include ALL of the following:

Job Title (must be Adult Mental Health Case Manager or equivalent)

Verified Phone Number (direct line or organization line)
County or Service Area

Leads missing email, phone number, or source link will NOT be accepted.
Verification Requirements (Critical)
Each contact must be verified using reliable public sources such as:
LinkedIn profile confirming current role
Official organization or agency website
County staff directory
Provider staff directory
Public mental health provider listings
Information must be current and accurate.
No outdated contacts. No guessing. No fake or generic emails.
Each entry must include a source link showing where the information was verified.

Incomplete or unverified leads will not be accepted.
