Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
7. Proactively target, engage, and build lasting relationships with high-value customers across the INTL region.
8. Profile customers individually by analysing their shopping patterns, preferences, and lifestyle insights.
9. Provide tailored styling and product recommendations through deep knowledge of fashion trends and collections.
10. Identify, prioritise, and manage sales leads effectively to maximise conversion opportunities.
11. Increase client spend and loyalty by understanding customer needs and delivering a personalised experience.
12. Conduct one-on-one client appointments and ensure prompt follow-up after events and partnerships.
13. Drive acquisition of new high-value clients and optimise every opportunity to grow the customer base.
14. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining strong awareness of global fashion trends.
15. Collaborate with internal teams to share customer insights, inform strategy, and support client relations and marketing initiatives.
The type of person we are looking for:
16. 2+ years of experience in customer-facing sales roles, preferably in luxury fashion and with Personal Shopping experience
17. Proven experience within a sales target driven environment, achieving personal sales goals
18. Excellent communication, customer service and inter-personal skills, with confidence to network and build genuine relationships with customers
19. Strong commercial awareness in luxury fashion
20. An eye for detail and good organisational skills is essential
21. Fluent in spoken and written English
22. Results driven and motivated attitude
23. Computer literate (usage of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Outlook and Excel)
