Who we’re looking for
As Homeowner Advisor, you’ll use your technical knowledge and expertise to manage complex queries and cases quickly and brilliantly, consistently delivering a fantastic experience to support our homeowners and a service that keeps on getting better.
A typical day for you would include responding to observations as part of the s20 consultation process, working with solicitors to find solutions to complex cases, supporting service charge management and recovery and contributing to the team management of our portfolio of properties with managing agents.
You’ll have experience in a similar role in housing management, including managing leasehold and shared ownership properties. You’ll be confident in dealing with the Section 20 process, enfranchisement, lease extensions and service charge recovery. Your brilliant communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships in and out of the organisation, going above and beyond to resolve problems and take ownership of issues ensuring that we deliver a first-class service for every project, home and customer, every time.
Connect with what you’ll do
* Resolve queries quickly and accurately on case work, including lease extensions, sales packs, right to buy, subletting requests, and address changes.
* Maintain accurate records on relevant systems including CRM and SUN.
* Manage the Homeowner team inbox.
* Keep up to date with e-filing.
* Support the head of Homeownership with monitoring team performance through weekly case reviews and sending out customer transaction surveys.
* Raise orders for goods and services and arrange for invoices to be paid.
* Become an expert in our home maintenance systems to ensure all section 20 notices are sent out correctly in line with project plans.
* Be obsessed about all things customer and look ahead for ideas about how we can improve our services.
* Be brilliant at the basics, knowing your role, your systems, your service, and your customers inside out.
* Provide the support your team needs so we deliver first-class service for every project, home and customer, every time.
* Be super organised, keeping you, your team, and colleagues across the business on track, and actively engaging with other teams so we deliver our goals and targets.

* We’re looking for someone with experience of:
* Working in an admin role
* Communicating clearly, concisely, and thoughtfully verbally and in writing

* Using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Working in the housing sector.
