Your role will be pivotal in maximizing income, driving profitability, and supporting exciting growth across our business.

What You Will Be Doing...

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Income Stream Commercial and Operational teams to drive financial performance and identify commercial opportunities.
*
Key Initiatives: Lead the financial input for major initiatives, connecting data, insights, and strategy to support informed decision-making.
*
Commercial Analysis: Deliver robust analysis across income performance, initiatives, margin drivers, and efficiency opportunities.
*
Business Cases: Build compelling business cases for capital investments, new products, and commercial projects, ensuring rigor and accuracy.
*
Reporting Ownership: Manage weekly and monthly reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis to provide clear visibility of performance.
*
Margin Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance margin, improve cost control, and drive operational efficiency.
*
Team Development: Line-manage and develop a Finance Business Partner, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and commercial thinking.
About You...

Qualified Accountant: ACA / ACCA / CIMA with significant post-qualification experience.
*
Commercial Finance Background: Strong experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A, ideally within multi-site, hospitality, leisure, travel, or retail.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
*
Business Partnering Skills: Credible, influential, and comfortable challenging assumptions.
*
Analytical Capability: Advanced analytical skills with strong financial modeling abilities.
*
Effective Communicator: Natural ability to translate complex data into simple, engaging insights.
*
Desirable Experience: Experience in hospitality/retail environments and familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics is a bonus.
