Main responsibilities:
1. File, sort and index paperwork, including incoming and outgoing post, transmit documents and reprographics.
2. Monitor stationery stock levels, place orders as appropriate and check incoming orders
3. To carry out lunchtime cover on the switchboard/reception
4. To assist with all duties relating to the in-house Uniform Shop
5. Lead on all administration & collection of monies for school trips and educational visits
6. To assist with the updating of data onSIMs
7. To carry out mail outs as and when required, and in particular for the Academy Data Lead
8. Ensure filing is kept up-to-date
9. Assist with HR administration
10. To send emails to parents ensuring those without an email address receive a hard copy and pursue those parents who have not provided an email address and encourage parents without an email account to set one up
11. Prepare spreadsheets in relation to a variety of activities and control reply slips
