We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team at Connexus. This senior role is central to delivering high-quality analysis, reporting and insight that supports robust, evidence-based decision-making across the the most senior analyst within a team of three, you will provide technical leadership, quality assurance and mentoring, working closely with the Business Intelligence Manager to support delivery of the organisation’s data and analytics strategy. You will act as a senior point of escalation for complex analytical work and help set standards and best practice across reporting, analysis and data will lead the design and delivery of complex operational and strategic dashboards, reports and performance packs using Power BI, SSRS, SQL, Excel and Crystal Reports. Working with large datasets across customer, property, financial and colleague information, you will analyse trends and performance, translating complex data into clear, actionable insight for stakeholders at all will also lead on data quality, governance and compliance, including ownership of assigned datasets and regulatory returns, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with GDPR and internal data standards. From a technical perspective, you will develop and optimise complex SQL queries and automated reporting solutions, and support system changes and the adoption of modern analytics approaches, including Microsoft Fabric where are looking for a proactive, detail-focused analyst with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and a passion for driving improvement through data.
