Our client, a rapidly expanding property auction and estate agency, is seeking a confident and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their Battersea office team. The role offers a varied mix of residential and commercial property transactions, combining traditional estate agency work with exposure to auction sales. This is well-suited to a results-driven individual who enjoys building client relationships and seeing deals through from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Manage a diverse portfolio of properties and respond promptly to inbound enquiries. Arrange and conduct property viewings across London and nearby areas. Maintain communication with buyers and sellers, providing regular updates and advice. Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion. Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers to support the sales process. Prospect for new listings through outbound calls, emails, and property portals. Work to and exceed agreed sales and performance targets. What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Minimum 5 years’ experience in property or estate agency sales. Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to close deals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organised, professional, and able to manage multiple clients effectively. Motivated by targets and confident in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the London property market is desirable. Full UK driving licence essential. What's In It For You?
