Requirements:
Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work across different shifts
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety practices
Responsibilities:
As an Production Operative, you will:
Prepare fresh produce for processing and packing
Operate packing lines and production machinery
Assemble and pack products efficiently and accurately
Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations
Maintain a clean and organised working environment
Hours of Work:
Average: 7 hours per shift (hours may vary week to week)
Day Shift: 06:00 - 16:00
Evening Shift: 16:00 - 02:00
Night Shift: 21:00 - 06:00
Flexibility is required as shifts may change weekly.
