Area Sales Representative - South
Salary: Circa £42,000 + £9.5k Capped Commission+ Southern Supplement (where applicable) + Company EV
Location: Berkshire / Hampshire / Surrey / East Wiltshire

The Role
Manage a large territory across the South and Southeast (including London, the Home Counties, and the West Country)
Promote and sell a well-established range of highway safety products (bollards, road signs, winter/water safety solutions)
Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, contractors, and consultants
Deliver product demonstrations and expert advice
Plan a varied weekly schedule including client visits, lead follow-ups, and opportunity spottingAbout You
Experience in field sales or a customer-facing role (essential)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident presenting face-to-face and building long-term relationships
Well-organised and self-motivated
Willing to travel across a wide geographic area
Full UK driving licence
