Location: Home-based, covering the South East (including London, Kent, Sussex, Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, and the Isle of Wight)
Salary: £35 per hour

The Role
Are you a motivated and passionate Therapist or a therapy-trained social worker? If so, we want you to help us enhance our therapeutic services! As an Associate Therapist, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing therapeutic environment for looked-after children and young people.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing consultation sessions to foster parents facing specific challenges.
* Collaborating with internal staff to address issues related to placements.
* Liaising with external local authorities, social workers, and schools.
* Building strong relationships with new foster parents through engaging sessions and groups during their first year.
* Facilitating workshops for staff to promote reflective therapeutic practice and continuous learning.
This is a rewarding opportunity where you can make a real difference in the lives of children and families. Experience in a fostering service or a similar environment is a plus, along with strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of regulatory policies and processes. You should thrive in a fast-paced team setting.
