Marketing Assistant - EMEA Support (6-Month Contract)
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days/week in London (Old Street), remainder remote
Duration: 6-month initial contract (potential to extend or become permanent)

Join a well-established, fast-paced international tech company as a Marketing Assistant supporting a senior team of field marketers across EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career looking to gain wide exposure, take ownership of varied tasks, and grow into a future field marketing specialist.
About the Role
You'll work directly with the Head of EMEA Field & Channel Marketing and support a team of 5 seasoned field marketers based across EMEA. The role will begin with a strong focus on marketing administration and coordination, and over time will develop into a more hands-on marketing support function.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day admin and coordination support to the EMEA marketing team
* Assist in the creation of marketing materials, briefing documents, and sales decks
* Coordinate pre- and post-event communications and follow-ups
* Help with logistics and vendor liaison for events, conferences, and trade shows
* Track and process contracts and vendor documentation
* Take notes and actions during key meetings and calls
* Manage and update lead follow-up forms
* Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Operations
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Degree in Marketing or related subject, or relevant marketing experience
* Previous experience in a B2B or tech company a bonus
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Comfortable jumping on calls and engaging with senior stakeholders
* Understanding of sales-marketing alignment and commercial organisations
* Fast learner and proactive attitude with attention to detail
* Experience working with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
* Comfortable using MacBook and Microsoft Office tools
