This is a challenging and rewarding role that will develop your skills across pensions, project delivery, client service, and data analysis. As a Pensions Projects Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of our Projects Team, contributing to a wide range of tasks across both Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension arrangements. This is a hands-on role supporting the delivery of key cyclical and ad-hoc projects for one of our largest clients..

The Role
9. Contributing to the planning, execution, and monitoring of pension projects, including scheme changes, data audits, and system upgrades
10. Supporting your Team in executing and completing a range of core cyclical pension projects, including processing Pension increases and Annual benefit statements, client administration reporting and monthly invoicing
11. Performing data extraction, manipulation, cleansing to support project delivery and benefit calculations as well
12. Creating weekly data reports and monthly data cleansing reports
13. Producing ad-hoc client reports and analysis as required
14. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all project activities and Ensuring accuracy and consistency across all project documentation and outputs
15. Liaise with pension providers, payroll, HR, and finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
