We’re looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to help lead our Daffodil team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support the day to day running of a welcoming Welsh restaurant known for locally sourced, quality food and drinks options, and warm service. The Role As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, motivate the team, and ensure consistently high standards across service, food presentation, and customer care. You’ll be a visible presence on the floor, confident handling busy services while creating a positive atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
