This role will be 99.5% home based, with some travel across the UK to different organisations in support of ER cases as well as their head office based in Leeds.

Role:
Supporting the Employee Relations Business Partner, you will be the go-to person for Managers, providing expert guidance and support across all ER Matters. Ensuring all cases are handled efficiently, compliantly, and inline with company values.
* Case Management including: Investigations, Disciplinaries, Appeals and Advise to Managers
* Embed HR Policies and provide advice across Employment Law
* Daily maintenance of accurate record keeping
* Managing caseloads relating to Short-Term Absence, probation and flexible working
* Collate and Analyse People Data
* Daily Administration including Sage People Administration and HR Reports
Profile:
* Must have strong HR experience working in a range of Employee Relations
* Strong Communicator can communicate across various tools as well as remotely and face to face
* Knowledge of ER Processes and Policies
* Ability to influence Stakeholders to Senior Leadership
* Beneficial if CIPD Level 5 but not essential to the role
