With depots in Swansea & Caerphilly Hurns Beer company are a well-recognised name in the hospitality industry in South Wales. We're a long-standing service-led drinks wholesaler that has big plans for growth, we're passionate about delivering outstanding products and unbeatable service to bars, restaurants, and hospitality venues. As part of our growth, we're looking for a driven and customer-focused Telesales Account Manager to join our team.

The Role:

As a Telesales Account Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You'll proactively reach out to existing accounts to capture orders, upsell products & categories, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. You'll also work closely with our Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to help deliver seamless account management and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively contact existing customers to capture orders and promote new products/categories.

· Handle inbound calls, delivering a first-class customer experience.

· Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our product range.

· Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met quickly and efficiently.

· Work closely with ASMs to share insights and help manage key accounts.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders

· Achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding high service standards.

About You:

Previous telesales or customer service experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable making proactive outbound calls and building rapport with customers.

Goal-oriented, with the ability to spot sales opportunities.

Organised, efficient, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues.
