Job Description
* Oversee and manage the collection of outstanding invoices from clients.
* Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions and client communications.
* Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments in a timely manner.
* Prepare reports on outstanding debts and provide regular updates to the finance team.
* Support the Accounting & Finance department with account reconciliation tasks.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and credit control procedures.
* Assist in identifying and mitigating potential credit risks.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve the invoicing and payment process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* Previous experience in a credit control or similar finance role.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A keen eye for detail and strong organisational abilities.
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
