Branch Manager opportunity in Nottingham
1. Salary: Up to £37,500 basic + Bonus (OTE £48,000)
2. Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30am – 5:30pm + Alternate Saturdays 08:30am – 1:00pm
3. No Sundays or Bank Holidays

This is an ideal role for someone with strong automotive management experience who enjoys leading a team, driving workshop performance, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
15. Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
16. Work closely with the Workshop Manager to achieve workshop KPIs and targets
17. Maintain high levels of customer service and operational standards
18. Manage parts ordering and stock control efficiently
19. Handle customer enquiries and authorise repair work
20. Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures
21. Support recruitment, staff training, and team development
22. Stay up to date with company policies and industry developments
About You:
23. Previous experience within an automotive management or senior supervisory role
24. Strong organisational and leadership skills
25. Excellent communication and customer service ability
26. Comfortable managing both operational and administrative duties
27. Knowledge of workshop health and safety standards
28. A proactive and hands-on management style
29. Full UK work authorisation and driving licence preferred
